What was Wanda Sykes thinking? Perhaps more to the point, what was President Barack Obama thinking when he laughed and smiled as the comedienne wished Rush Limbaugh dead?
Although the Left is reporting her White House Correspondents' Dinner speech as "taking shots" at Limbaugh and mocking everyone, that's a gross misrepresentation of what turned into a hateful and disgusting diatribe.
What if it were the other way around? What would have happened if it were Rush Limbaugh who called comedian Wanda Sykes a terrorist? Me thinks it would be an endless shower of disdain throughout the lamestream media and Rush Limbaugh wouldn't have a chance in hell with the liberal left being disgusted...terrified....mortified...stupefied. To think that a conservative White man would say such a thing about a black comedian woman. Can anyone say, Hate speech?
A few may have squirmed in their seat at the dinner. But you know... Hollywood and most found this kind of humor a real hoot. Barack Obama included.
Or her joke on Sarah Palin. "She pulled out at the last minute. Somebody should tell her, that's really not the way to practice abstinence."
