Obama breaches Marine umbrella protocol
The commander in chief of the American armed forces today forced a violation of Marine Corps regulations, so he wouldn’t get wet.
According to Marine Corps regulation MCO P1020.34F of the Marine Corps Uniform Regulations chapter 3, a male Marine is not allowed to carry an umbrella while in uniform. There is no provision in the Marine Corps uniform regulation guidelines that allows a male Marine to carrying an umbrella.
Nevertheless, during a press conference under a light drizzle with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan this morning, President Obama allowed the First Head to be protected from the elements by an umbrella held by a male Marine corporal.

The Video That Could Make Jay Carney Curl Up in the Fetal Position
Via American Thinker: Saturday night on her Fox News show, Judge Jeanine Piro spoke out with eloquence and righteous indignation over the Benghazi affair. It was a tour de force presentation of the issues in bold and commonsense language.
What an embarrassment that no one has the time to get involved with facts of lies and cover ups, that simply cannot be denied.

2016 Democrat Candidate...lied
Hillary Clinton lied about Benghazi while standing in front of the victims' caskets.
“This has been a difficult week for the State Department and for our country. We’ve seen the heavy assault on our post in Benghazi that took the lives of those brave men. We’ve seen rage and violence directed at American embassies over an awful Internet video that we had nothing do to with.”
When Hillary Clinton spoke those words, in front of those victims’ families and the whole world, she knew full well that the Benghazi attack had nothing to do with any YouTube video. Months later, when she was finally called to account for it, she actually said, “What difference does it make?”

Obama: ‘I Can’t Comment’ on Gosnell Baby Murder Trial
Obama has refused to weigh in on the trial of baby killer (aka abortion Doctor) Kermit Gosnell.
He can comment on Trayvon Martin, "If I had a son, he would look like Trayvon." Or the murder of abortion doctor George Tiller. He can comment on his buddy Skip Gates getting arrested, but he can’t comment on the gruesome late-term abortion procedure he voted for four times.

Any Questions..?

Dog Rescued From Death Row Dedicates Her Life to Disabled Boy
Tugs at your heartstrings, it does.
Juno, an abandoned Belgian Malinois, was three days away from being euthanized at an animal shelter in East Tennessee when Chester Hembree saw her picture on the shelter website. “I had the feeling in my gut that I had to go see this dog,” Hembree recalls. Unlike Juno’s original owners, Hembree, a former law enforcement officer, understood the Malinois breed, reports Global Animal.
...Hembree needed Juno’s work ethic and dedication. He’d selected the dog as a companion for his son, Lucas, who suffers from Sanfilippo syndrome, an inherited metabolic and degenerative disease. As Sanfilippo progresses, children lose the ability to speak, walk and eat. The condition can also cause neurological damage leading to seizures.
The most catastrophic thing parents hear when they learn their child has this disease is that there’s no cure or treatment available,” says Chester. The Hembrees had searched for a service dog to make Lucus’ life a bit brighter, but were told the dogs would cost about $15,000 and that because of his condition, Lucus wouldn’t have made a good match for a dog anyway.
But Juno and Lucus seem meant to be together. While Chester Hembree planned to give Juno plenty of time to adjust to her new home before he began her training, Juno and Lucus seemed to have an immediate, instinctual connection.
One day Chester noticed Juno circling Lucas while he was in his wheelchair. “She was whining and nudging him with her nose,” Chester says. “I checked his oxygen levels and they were very low.” After giving him oxygen, Lucas returned to normal and Juno greeted him with licks and affection.
“That’s when I knew she had the ability to pick up on his neurological changes,” Chester says. “Now she alerts us when Lucas is about to have a seizure or if his oxygen levels drop really low. She has saved him several times.”
While Chester tries to make sure Juno gets time off, he says it’s hard to get the dog to leave her boy’s side. “It really feels like it was meant to be.”

It's What's For Lunch
With all that ails the nation, Meet the Press host David Gregory actually began his interview with Newt Gingrich by asking him about contraceptives and Rush Limbaugh.
Showing obvious disgust for the topic, the Republican presidential candidate marvelously responded, "You know, David, I am astonished at the desperation of the elite media to avoid rising gas prices, to avoid the President's apology to religious fanatics in Afghanistan, to avoid a trillion dollar deficit, to avoid the longest period of unemployment since the Great Depression, and to suddenly decide that Rush Limbaugh is the great national crisis of this week"

In Memoriam: Andrew Breitbart (1969-2012)
With a terrible feeling of pain and loss we announce the passing of Andrew Breitbart.
Andrew passed away unexpectedly from natural causes shortly after midnight this morning in Los Angeles.
We have lost a husband, a father, a son, a brother, a dear friend, a patriot and a happy warrior.
Andrew lived boldly, so that we more timid souls would dare to live freely and fully, and fight for the fragile liberty he showed us how to love.

Monkees Singer Davy Jones Dies At 66
Davy Jones -- lead singer of The Monkees -- died after suffering a heart attack this morning.
An official from the medical examiner's office for Martin County, Florida confirmed with TMZ they received a call from Martin Memorial Hospital informing them that Jones had passed away.
We're told Davy suffered the heart attack at a ranch near his Florida home, where he was visiting his horses. Davy began experiencing distress while he was sitting in his car, and that's where a ranch hand found him.
The ranch hand told Sheriff's detectives ... the singer began to complain that he was not feeling well and was having trouble breathing. Paramedics were called and Jones was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead. Authorities say there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
Jones is survived by his wife Jessica and 4 daughters from previous marriages. He was 66-years-old. Jones was married to Jessica Pacheco -- his 3rd wife.
