The Political Left's Tolerance in Minnesota

This is just too disturbing. As much as I feel confident about voting for John McCain/Sarah Palin, I don't know that I would jeoparize my family by displaying my politics in my front yard for everyone to know. I don't hardly live in the most conservative part of our country. It's a damn shame really.

I thought you might find these photos interesting. I’ve attached photos of the way I found my van this morning. Evidently, leaving a car parked on the street with Patriot and McCain bumper stickers is intolerable to Obama supporters. They didn’t remove the sticker from my wife’s Volvo, though. However, it appears that someone in my neighborhood didn’t like it. Luckily, they didn’t use permanent spray paint, just some really annoying stuff that was hard to wash off.
I’ll look forward to the debate this evening.

Now, what kind of people would put this much energy into defacing other people’s property simply because they had Patriot and McCain bumper stickers on one of the cars? Usually, the same kind of people who screech constantly about “tolerance” and the closed-mindedness of Republicans. - Ed Morrissey

Wow. I had heard this kind of thing was going on, but...wow.
I had heard that the educated, monied liberal crowds in Colorado cities were not just defacing cars, but actually causing damage--kicking in headlights and windows, key-scratching, etc.

So much for tolerance and free-speech, eh? You can have free-speech so long as it agrees with theirs.

Reminds me disturbingly of the "two-minute hate" in 1984.
My oldest had to read that for college this year, and I think everyone should.

scary.

Yes, it is kind of scary. That's why I'm reluctant to put anything in favor of John McCain on my front lawn. Damn shame really.
