After all Chris is somewhat challenged but his character comes out shining much of the time. What I found offensive was that the show had to mirror Palin and it bothered me because it was a thoughtless reference to her and her down syndrome son. Not too cool. My guess is because, politically, Macfarlane is anti-republica (or at least anti-Bush, Cheney, McCain & Palin).... <br /><br />Yeah, occasionally I cringe and get just a tad offended; does it bother me sometimes? Yeah. Will I stop watching? No. I really enjoy the show too much. One thing I gotta say is that they offend everyone equally, they don't discriminate and the show's characters have some redeeming qualities otherwise I probably wouldn't watch. Wonder what would offend Seth Macfarlane? Everyone has something that offends them. Would be interesting to find out.Barbnoreply@blogger.com
